Distance Sales Agreement

This agreement is drawn up under Turkish Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Turkish Distance Contracts Regulation.

Buyer / User

The information entered during registration (full name, e-mail, company name) is taken as the basis.

1,000, 5,000 or 10,000 companies; research up to 5 relevant people per company.

Company, role and department matches are checked. Five people per company or a verified email for every person are not guaranteed.

AI is used only to write personalised emails or templates. New generations and rewrites use your text allowance; sending existing text does not.

LeaderMix has no sending quantity quota or per-email charge when you use your connected email account. Your email provider’s rate and daily limits apply.

Download the Excel template, fill in your own contact list and upload it in Send Email. Company discovery is not required.

Packages last 30 days. There is no automatic charge; renew by making a new payment.

2. Subject of the Agreement

This agreement sets out the conditions of the Buyer's subscription to the LeaderMix platform. The scope of the service is a digital service subscription consisting of B2B lead management, e-mail campaign sending, CRM functions and related SaaS tools.

3. Service Fee and Payment

The subscription fee is determined by the selected plan and period and is collected in advance at the beginning of the relevant period. Payments are taken via the licensed payment institution Tami with 3D Secure. All prices include 20% Turkish VAT. Prices may be changed with at least 30 days' prior notice; the old price remains valid until the end of the period already paid.

Subscription Term and Renewal

Subscriptions are fixed-term (30 days) and do not auto-renew at the end of the term — no automatic charge is made to your card and your card details are not stored. A reminder is sent to your registered e-mail address 5 / 3 / 1 days before your end date. If you wish to continue, you renew your subscription yourself by making a new payment from the My Account menu or the plan page. If you do not renew, your access ends automatically at the end of the period; no separate cancellation step is required.

Packages last 30 days. There is no automatic charge; renew by making a new payment.

After the payment is completed, an electronic invoice (e-archive) is issued automatically and sent to your registered e-mail address within 7 business days.

4. Delivery

The service is provided instantly in digital form once the payment is confirmed. Account activation is usually completed within a few minutes after payment confirmation, and within 24 hours at the latest. An activation notification is sent to your registered e-mail address.

5. Right of Withdrawal and Refunds

The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised / no refund: pursuant to Article 49/3 of Turkish Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and Article 15/1-(ğ) of the Distance Contracts Regulation, for digital content and services performed instantly in electronic form, once the user has started to benefit from the service, the 14-day right of withdrawal cannot be exercised and no refund is made.

LeaderMix is a digital data-access platform offering company scanning, verified business e-mail discovery, LinkedIn profile delivery, AI content generation and CRM tools. Once your account has been activated and any one of the following actions has been performed, you are deemed to have started benefiting from the service and no refund is made:

Logging in to the dashboard and using any feature,
Performing a single company search, e-mail query or contact-data retrieval,
Triggering an AI analysis call or starting an e-mail send,
Exporting data in CSV, Excel or any other format.

The technical and commercial reason is as follows: data that has been delivered to, viewed by or retrieved by the user is digital content of an irreversible nature. Once the data has reached the user, it cannot technically be recovered through a refund or cancellation. In addition, LeaderMix pays a cost for every query to third-party providers such as the Google Places API, e-mail verification providers and AI engines; these costs are non-refundable.

By ticking the "I accept the Distance Sales Agreement" box during registration, this exceptional condition is also deemed accepted.

A refund may be considered only in the following exceptional cases:

Payment was taken but the account could not be activated due to a technical error and this could not be fixed within 48 hours,
The Platform remains completely inaccessible for 48 hours from the purchase date and no data / feature was used during that time.

In that case, apply to [email protected] with your payment details; requests are evaluated within 5 business days at the latest.

6. Subscription Term and Renewal

Subscriptions are fixed-term and do not auto-renew at the end of the period (Section 3) — no new charge is made to your card and your card is not stored. To continue using the service:

A reminder is sent to your registered e-mail address 5 / 3 / 1 days before your end date.
You renew your subscription yourself by making a new payment from the My Account menu or the plan page.
If you do not renew, your access ends automatically at the end of the period; no separate cancellation step is required. All services remain active until the end of the current period.
No refund is made for the period in use (Section 5).
If you subscribe again later, your account and historical data are preserved.

7. Warranty and Liability

LeaderMix does not warrant that the service will be provided uninterrupted or error-free. Planned maintenance windows are announced at least 24 hours in advance. LeaderMix is not liable for outages originating from third-party providers (Google, Hetzner, Tami). LeaderMix's total legal liability is limited to the subscription fees you paid within the last 3 months.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Turkish law applies to disputes arising from this agreement. For applications made in the capacity of a consumer, the right to apply to the Turkish Consumer Arbitration Committees (within the monetary limits updated annually by the Turkish Ministry of Trade) and, for disputes above those limits, to the Turkish Consumer Courts is reserved. For commercial disputes, the Istanbul (Anatolian) Courts and Enforcement Offices are competent.

9. Acceptance of the Agreement

By ticking the "I have read and accept the Distance Sales Agreement" box on the registration form and clicking the "Sign Up" button, this agreement is concluded and becomes binding between the parties.
