Delivery and Refund Terms

1. Service Delivery
LeaderMix is a SaaS (software as a service) platform provided entirely in digital form. There is no physical delivery. Once your payment is confirmed, your access to the service is activated instantly and automatically.
- Activation takes place within 5 minutes of payment confirmation at the latest
- An activation notification is sent to the e-mail address registered to your account
- Access is provided uninterrupted for the duration of the selected subscription plan (e.g. 30 days on the monthly plan)
- The subscription is fixed-term and does not auto-renew at the end of the term; you are reminded by e-mail as the end date approaches and, if you wish to continue, you renew it yourself (Section 4)
1,000, 5,000 or 10,000 companies; research up to 5 relevant people per company.
Company, role and department matches are checked. Five people per company or a verified email for every person are not guaranteed.
AI is used only to write personalised emails or templates. New generations and rewrites use your text allowance; sending existing text does not.
LeaderMix has no sending quantity quota or per-email charge when you use your connected email account. Your email provider’s rate and daily limits apply.
Download the Excel template, fill in your own contact list and upload it in Send Email. Company discovery is not required.
Packages last 30 days. There is no automatic charge; renew by making a new payment.
2. Right of Withdrawal and Refunds
Digital service — no refund once use begins: pursuant to Article 49/3 of Turkish Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and Article 15/1-(ğ) of the Distance Contracts Regulation, for digital content and services performed instantly in electronic form, once the user has started to benefit from the service the 14-day right of withdrawal cannot be exercised and no refund is made.
LeaderMix is a digital data-access platform offering company scanning, verified business e-mail discovery, LinkedIn profiles, AI content generation and CRM tools. Once your account has been activated and any one of the following actions takes place, you are deemed to have started benefiting from the service and no refund is made:
- Logging in to the dashboard and using any feature,
- Performing a single company search, e-mail query or contact-data retrieval,
- Triggering an AI analysis call or starting an e-mail send,
- Exporting data in CSV, Excel or any other format.
Reason: data that has been delivered to, viewed by or retrieved by the user is digital content of an irreversible nature; once it has reached the user, it cannot technically be recovered through a refund or cancellation. In addition, LeaderMix pays per-query costs to third-party providers (Google Places API, e-mail verification services, AI engines); these costs are non-refundable.
3. Exceptional Refund Conditions and the 7-Day Refund Guarantee
A refund is made in the following cases:
- Full refund within the first 7 days if company research and AI text generation have not been used.
- Payment was taken but the account could not be activated due to a technical error and this could not be fixed within 48 hours,
- The Platform remains completely inaccessible for 48 hours from the purchase date and no data / feature was used during that time.
For refund requests, contact [email protected] with your payment details. Requests are evaluated within 5 business days at the latest; if approved, the payment is refunded through the same channel within 7–14 business days.
4. Subscription Term and Renewal
Subscriptions are fixed-term and do not auto-renew at the end of the term — no automatic charge is made to your card and your card is not stored. You are reminded by e-mail 5, 3 and 1 days before your end date. If you wish to continue, you renew your subscription by making a new payment from the My Account menu or the plan page. If you do not renew, your access ends automatically at the end of the period; no separate cancellation step is required. No refund is made for the period in use.
5. Payment Method
Payments are taken securely via the licensed payment institution Tami with 3D Secure. Visa and Mastercard credit / debit cards are supported. Your card details are not stored on LeaderMix servers; the payment is approved on your bank's 3D Secure page.
